The rooftop pool with breathtaking views and the convenience of nearby shopping and public transport were the highlights. Oh, and I really enjoyed seeing those curvilinear seating clusters in the lobby, so futuristic!

We loved the beautiful rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect with a subway conveniently located underneath. one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in.

We loved the location right in the city center and next to the MRT station. The hotel facilities were great including a rooftop pool and a food court. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

The rooftop pool with panoramic views of the Singapore skyline is like a scene from a luxury travel magazine. My experience, however, was even better. As I soaked in the infinity pool, the city lights came alive, casting a magical glow over the entire scene, making it an unforgettable evening.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, literally on top of an MRT station, with easy access to Orchard or Marina Bay via train line. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and good size. Staff is friendly and helpful, with plenty of facilities available, including a rooftop pool with stunning views, gym, and bamboo yoga area.

Some rooms may have musty smells, and some bathrooms may not offer enough privacy for co-occupants.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect with easy access to the MRT station right next to the hotel, making it super convenient to get around the city. Also, there is a big shopping mall just downstairs with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff here are fantastic, always willing to help and accommodate any request I had. The amenities are top-notch, from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun terrace, fitness studio, and wellness center to the restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities like the electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and excellent air conditioning.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay with luxurious amenities and friendly staff willing to accommodate your needs, this is the place to be!

I had a wonderful stay at Jen Singapore Orchardgateway By Shangri-La for my birthday. From the check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel special. The infinity pool on the rooftop offered stunning views of the city, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious cuisines to choose from. The small gestures like chocolates and birthday wishes made me feel valued. The hotel's location in the shopping district was convenient, and the rooftop garden and health club were great amenities. The highlight was Jeno, the adorable room service robot. I can't wait to stay here again!

The rooms at Jen Singapore Orchardgateway By Shangri-La are just so cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home with the 24-hour room service and the feeling of security from the laptop-compatible safes. Plus, having a personal safe in the room is a big relief for someone like me who worries about their belongings.

The only thing I didn't love was the television - it was a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just me!

The hotel's decoration is simply lovely, with bright, inviting colors and plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows, making it easy for senior guests to navigate and feel comfortable. The general areas, like the lounge, are stylish and modern, offering plenty of seating for relaxation. Accessibility for senior people is great - the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the vibrant Orchard Road and its surroundings.

One thing I would ask for to better the vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children of the staff in guiding senior guests through the bustling city and ensuring their safety.

I chose this hotel for a business appointment as it provides excellent conference facilities, making it perfect for work-related activities. The location above the MRT is convenient, allowing easy access to the business district in about 15 minutes by car.

The one service that I missed for my work is an automatic coffee machine in the reception area, available 24/7, for a quick caffeine boost during business hours.
